Description: In this tutorial, you will learn how to transfer your credit from Master Wallet to your sub-wallet bucket.
Note: All newly purchased ElitePay credit will be credited into your Master Wallet, you need to transfer to your sub-wallet in order to utilize your credit.
Step 1: Login to your ElitePay account on your mobile phone. Select “Credit Transfer on the upper right of your home screen.
Step 2: You can see how much ElitePay credit in your Master wallet, you can transfer your master balance to any of your sub-wallet as you like.
Step 3: Select the sub-wallet that you would like to transfer to, and key in the amount that you would like to transfer.
Note: You can request to have more than one sub-wallet, this is good if you have more than one branch and you would like to manage the individual credit manually.
4.Once you have done, click “Next” to proceed to transfer the credit.
5.You will be able to utilize your credit for bill payment, mobile reload, purchase game PINs, and any products that are available on ElitePay app.
